Pointed domain name email not sending.

    Hello:
I have a domain name excelfamily.ca pointing to your boru server at excel.ftf.x10.mx via nameservers.
This domain also has an email, info@excelfamily.ca, account hosted on your servers. This account recieves emails fine but cannot send emails. I am not sure if this is a Roundcube Webmail issue or a server problem.
For each attempt I got this error message:
STMP Error (-1): Connection to server failed.

Before now I used the email service from my domain name provider, and it worked fine. Please advice. Thank you.

    This should be resolved.

    Thanks Cory.

However, now there's a new error:
SMTP Error: No support of Delivery Status Notifications.
With this error, the message won't send. I had to deselected the option to "Always request a delivery status notification" in the Preferences, before messages started sending okay.

I probably do not need this 'delivery status notifications' since I'm not sure what the are. But it would be nice to have an email service that is free of bugs.
So is there a way to get a support for 'delivery status notifications'?

    Thanks.

Actually I guess 'delivery status notifications' may not be x10's realm of support afterall.
I got the same same when using the same settting in Roundcube on a different hosting server.

This could save you from trying to fix it... but if this does happen to be something x10 can control, it'd still be nice to have an error-free service.
