Yeah I know it shows unsuspended when I log on to my account, but I immediately get redirected to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ when I try to go to our site.

Perhaps something went wrong because I tried to unsuspend when there was maintenance..

Well, I tried the "suspend and then unsuspend" method that usually works, but it didn't.

JM shows unsuspended, but home URL redirects to x10hosting Suspended page.

Escalating to an Support Ticket so an Admin can fix this. This will close the thread but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the gold bar at top.
