yes you can. you can do it from your account panel.

If you want to have your purchased domain replace your current main domain, you use the Account Panel.
If you want to "park" the paid domain on top of your current main domain, or if you want to use it as an "add-on" domain, you use cPanel.
Nothing is always absolutely so.
