Stoli (Website/HTTP) Slow!

Hi, My Site http://bp123.x10.mx/ is extremely slow.....
It took more then about 7 seconds to load the 1 small image on my homepage
I Did NOT Have This Issue Before The Upgrade..
Before upgrades it was really good :)
But after well..... :/

With my connection @100 Mbps, the speeds are as given below.Its quite fast

My eyeOS Installation runs a lot slower than the one found at http://try.eyeos.org
And images are slow
Its also always jamming up and freezing :/
Any ideas?

Generally,Images are photoshopped (see option " Save for web and devices" in photoshop)
Also plugins to use css sprites for images are helpful..this effectively means load once and display many times
And a suggestion is to use cloudflare on your account for this eyeos site's domain and check if that makes a difference
Again ...As homepage is the one that gives the speed feel of the site,put as many less images as possible on the home page ..donot use flash on homepage unless very necessary.
