can't send email

I can' t send email from my account. My email is
administrator@tutorific.x10.mx
This is my second support request regarding this.

Are you receiving an error? Are emails just not arriving?

Can you send an email to the address in my signature and post the time you sent it in here? I can look at the mail server to see what happened to it.
