Boru - Account issues after the upgrades THIRD SUPPORT REQUEST

I read the account issues with Boru but they are not fixed for me? This is the third I am requesting for my c Panel folders to be created so I can not start again. I lost a lot of time waiting, more then 3 weeks.

I WANT YOU TO DELETE MY WHOLE HOSTING ACCOUNT SO I CAN START OVER FRESH.
