Please help me for my email accounts

Hello everybody I'm French I use the free services x10hosting recently everything worked for some time but I get more to send email from my account but I receive. And I just not use my SQL database in the cpanel it makes me errreur.

For when I send e-mail it makes me: server error or it's for my shop so no email client without email please help me

For the SQL database as I need it for my members area

I talk a lot but I do not speak English as well j'espèce make myself understood by you.
