If you were suspended a long time ago, you account would have been deleted after 14 days of suspension. No backups are kept.

Also, this forum account is less than a day old. What was your original account?

Ok, I mean I am new user, but when a I signed up with my email info@ortomed.cl, the system said that this email is already registered. So I am new user with old email registration. I never was registered a forum account. Maybe in the past I made a incomplete registration.
