I went to upgrade from free hosting to premium hosting, and to do so I was asked to provide the "cPanel username". Is this the same as the "hosting username" that I see when I log in ?
Thanks.

It is the 8 character name that is the 'Hosting username' you see in the Account Panel
Also, it is the xxxx in /home/xxxx/public_html in the path to your files.
Nothing is always absolutely so.
Thanks, that is what I thought was the correct answer.

I have one more question: when I receive the 4 digit PIN number after my order, where do I enter it ?
When you're placing your order it will bring you to a screen saying it is calling you, you need to put the 4 digit pin the automated message system gives you over the phone into the order form.

Thank you. I see, the order form must have a box in which I can place the PIN number that I receive over the phone. Now I understand.
