    Sending E-mail doesn't work....

    Hey there!

Today I setup my account, and got it all set up with a co.cc domain name (http://www.netbookgaming.co.cc/) via parking it in the Cpanel. I setup the E-mail admin at netbookgaming.co.c .in the Cpanel, and used the Webmail app (Roundcube) and I've tried to send an E-mail to my own G-mail to test it, and it doesn't seem to send.

It has some error about (STMP not found -1 , Connection to Server not Established) (or something like that, it goes away quickly....). Likewise, if I send E-mail from my Gmail TO the account, I in fact, get it just fine. I just cannot seem to send E-mail from the account, just receive.

Let me know if you need anymore information

Edit: For those that are having trouble understanding the above, the problem is: I can receive E-mail, but not send E-mail from the Webmail app in the Cpanel in relation to my parked domain.

please try using an external email client, it seems the internal webmail app is having problems again.

Okay. I setup Thunderbird with the information provided by the "Setup an external Client" option in the Cpanel. Once again, I can receive E-mail, and I see it in Thunderbird, but I get an error about the STMP still. This is the message I get:

    Code:
    Sending of message failed.
An error occurred sending mail: Unable to establish a secure link with SMTP server mail.netbookgaming.co.cc using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider.
Is the STMP up? I've disabled 'STARTTLS' , aswell as switched to SSL and I've used the ports suggested in the 'Setup and external guide' and everytime I can /get/ my E-mail, but not /send/.

hmm, seems that SMTP may be down then, I'll forward this onto an admin and see if they're aware.
