Hey, i would like to change my username from "kymh" to "brendop123"
I have also deleted my public_html folder with the intention of clearing everything the normal user can see on my website can see, and now my cpanel wont work properly :/

User name change is not possible, with less then you requesting termination and then signing up for a new account.
You should not deleted the public_html folder, only its CONTENT if you want to start fresh, as the folder in itself is important for your site to actually work. I have re-created the public_html folder for you with proper owner and permissions.
