folders missing

I logged into my account to avoid suspension to find that all the necessary folders (public_html, etc) are missing. I can't upload or create new files either...

Not sure what happened, as I just put up a simple page and left it until I got the account inactivity suspension notice...

Have you gotten any database files you want? Do you want the upgrade to Illuminated?
