i logged the other day and yesterday for getting my account active and you suspended my ****ing account today because it was innactive when i logged my self in 5-6 time in the month wtf is the problem ? you push people to buy premium **** when you say its free you suspend automaticly account when i have logged in a lot of time! wtf is the ****ing probleme ?

The requirement is to log into the forums (x10hosting.com/forums) -- logging into your hosting account doesn't count. You don't need to post anything, but you must log in at least once a month (the hope is that you'll keep yourself up to date on hosting issues, planned updates and service outages, etc.).

Note that you can clear inactivity suspensions yourself, but make sure you log into the forum before you try to clear the suspension, or else your account will be added to the suspension queue again before you fix the real problem.
