why my host's birthday is not ready ?

Hi, guys. I've got a free host account before, unfortunately this account was canceled because it not be used for some time. Now I'm back again, and I need to apply a new host account, but my application always be reject.

I've checked the blacklist, and my country is not listed in. Considering the ISP in China blocking a lot of websit worldwide, I have to access Internet through a VPN or proxy. I think that should not be the reason for rejection.

of course, I can access your site without proxy, actually I only use VPN to access some SNS web such as twitter, facebook.
