Suspensions?

Hi, my account is constantly being suspended for inactivity, but I have come to this site numerous times in the past month. Is this some kind of error, as every time I the account is suspended I have to log in and un-suspend it, thus forcing downtime on my site. Any help would be much appreciated.

You have to sign in at the Forums, http://x10hosting.com/forums/
not the Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

When you unsuspend yourself, the system looks at your last Logon here and if it is over 31 days ago, it puts you right back in the "to be suspended" queue and your account is actually suspended a few days later.
