You can unsuspend yourself in Account Panel

Remember to login to forums(here) atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension. Login to Cpanel or Account Panel NOT counted as activity.

You have to go to the Account Panel, https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , and manually unsuspend yourself there. Just logging in is not enough once you are actually suspended.
