suspensions

have one user to visit the forum to avoid suspensions of hosted website ? i thought every 30 days, but after having suspended only some days ago,( i visited the forum, I requested unsuspension and then was unsuspended). after only 3 days from that last visit to the forum, today i have been suspended once again
now is all ok,
thanks a lot again for really fast unsuspension
but Please help me to avoid suspensions explaining How often at least have I to enter the forum---
