site not loading

my site is not loading aodsb.x10.mx, it askes me to open a ticket. please help.

Seem to load up for me, getting a white page with the text "SourceBans is not installed."

Please try clearing your browser cache, you might also need to flush DNS cache but in most cases clearing browser cache is enough.

Often there's a small delay before new (or changed) domains work properly (in worst case it can be as much as 48 hours though that is rather uncommon).
Sometimes the default page does stick in the cache in which case there's a need to clear cache.
