www not working

hello again, my domain http://lenoble.mn is working but not http://www.lenoble.mn

i tried adding CNAME to the cPanel as well as in my domain registrars settings but still not working. Could you do it manually for me?

Hi,
With the domain registrars,if you use nameservers instead of cname then there will be no problem at all.
set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Also that domain url belongs to a different forum username. For support it would be easier all around to post a support request using the attached forum account. If you prefer this one used to post here, then you can switch them using the swap option in your account panel.

i can't login to the forum with my domain information. That's why i created this account.
I tried domain redirecting as recommended by a user but it's still not redirecting, can any staff help me with this?
i already set the nameservers with my domain registrar

You login to your forum account with your forum username and password, not your domain information. Try logging into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php to find your forum account username and swap it if you need to.
