Problem sending E-mails

For few days I'm facing the problem with E-mails.

Hosting Server - Starka

I'm using phpbb3 board the error I'm getting is :-

E-mail error
» EMAIL/SMTP
/ucp.php

Could not connect to smtp host : 110 : Connection timed out

Can you please help me to solve this problem [E-Mails were working fine few days back and I have not changed any setting for E-Mail too]

I need to send E-mails for activation of account on board.

After reading few topic about e-mail problem I changed my setting in MX Entry in Cpanel from Automatically Detect Configuration to Remote Mail Exchanger after that I have not seen the error. Will open a new topic if the error comes back.
