cPanel hosting account activation help

I registered for a free hosting service, on 26th August. My email was verified. But as I log in to the user area of x10hosting the cPanel or web hosting part does not shows up. It has not been activated.

I tried searching the threads of any issue with activation but failed to find any. Hence I opened this support thread.

So what I wanted to ask...

1. Where can I find the estimated time for my account activation ?
2. Is there any issue for which new activations are been put to hold. ?
3. I am from India. Its not in the black listed countries or in white listed countries list, so is it the reason behind this ?

Hi,
Such delay should not have happend.
After one registers, emails will come asking the user to activate account.
It might have happened that the email client has put it in spam folder.Can you check the spam settings of your email client and revert back?

No i did not find anything in the Spam folder either...
And now it has been 48 hours since registering........

Login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and request the confirmation email again by clicking the link for it.

The email has been confirmed previously, hence the resend of confirmation email is not showing up. So, is there any alternative ???
