Regardless of the ipaddress(which can change if in emergency cases) the Domains will function properly if they are configured with DNS settings.
The NameServers for X10 freehosting servers are as given below
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
Using A record is OK if the ipaddress is known.If you still need the ip,You can find the ipaddress of the server from cPanel (left side bar will expand if you hit "expand stats")
But I suggest you configure domains with dns nameservers settings only for better functioning.
