Lost my data

Data on the ftp is gone. A don`t do anything, its appear by self. What if this will repeat in future?

Dear derson,
The data on the server must have been there and it could not have disappeared and come back unless X10hosting clearly said so that some backup operations are being done.
that could be a ftp client mishap...incase if this happens again..just check your folder through cPanel and I am sure you will find the data there.Else ftp client cannot show the data at all.
Kindly take it as an assurance that x10 servers are really reliable and such mishaps may not happen.
