552 Disk full - please upload later

Along with some other users, I am also getting a "552 Disk full - please upload later" error when I try to upload files via ftp. My account is on the Starka server and barely using more than 2 MB.

I can upload files using the cPanel file manager, but this is a slow, tedious and disorganised process and would prefer the simplicity of my FTP client while I'm working on my site.
