    error 403 permissions issue - Admin assistance please

    Hi there, i have done something to my site and i am not sure how to fix it. I keep getting this error 403.
    I will admit i am not very competent at all this so anything anyone can do to shed some light on how to fix it would be awesome thank you. My site is http://error13001.co.cc

    Is it possible for me to have an admin reset my permissions please? I think that is where the problem lays, i am unable to troubleshoot this myself as i just dont understand what im doing in that area, sorry!
