If you are storing any files on your site, they must relate to your site.

If you are planning to distribute any files, you must have full legal right to do so.

What exactly are you talking about?
    Nothing is always absolutely so.

My site is about photos. But for my users, i have a section for Book readers. that books are story books and novels.
But that books files, I have created in executable format. SO I am asking, is there any problem to place *.exe file in my hosting.

    thanx for response

If you have the legal right under US copyright law to distribute them, then it is ok.

If you have any links to anything on your site that you do not have the right under US law to distribute, your account will be closed with no backups.
