they say you have been inactive for 100 days in emails ..but ..i used to visit forum in between ..isin't that counted ?

You have to make sure that you've logged into the forums here when you visit. A way to tell if the system has counted your forum login is to check the latest activity in your forum profile page. When you login and visit the forums, it should say that your latest activity is Today.
