I noted under the free account that users are allotted up to 4 databases, however I received an error on CPanel that states that I must request additional AFTER using 2. I'd like to request the other 2 database slots. Thanks. :)

No. Free accounts are allotted only 2 databases. More requires you to upgrade to one of the paid packages.
Nothing is always absolutely so.
Ok. Fair enough.I must have misread the information provided. Thanks for the quick response.
Not sure you did actually, that's the generic error cPanel kicks back whenever you hit the maximum on something. The difference is on free the limits are set, whereas cPanel's designed to allow someone to increase their cpanel limits, presumably for extra $ on the bill each month.
My guess is it's part of cPanel we can't edit, or we'dve changed the message cause you're not the first to see that![]()
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
Ahhh... I see. Thanks for the clarification.
I just want to say that I've been pretty impressed with the responses and response times that I've gotten from the support forum from X10Hosting. I normally don't expect too much in the way of real support when the cost is... well... free, but for those of us who are starting a small business with nothing, it means the world. Thanks again for the quick response and for not throwing your free customers under the bus. X10Hosting has definitely won a paying customer once my place starts turning, at least, a small gross profit. :-P
