I was trying to change domains, and it said it was successful, but when I try to view my website it says 'Server Error"

There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

The server usually takes up to 24 hours to process domain changes. It is successful at changing your account but it still needs to properly change some records so the domain properly maps to your account.

Please try loading your site again tomorrow but clear your cache before doing so because browsers often cache the redirect.
