Fantastico missing in cPanel

Hi,
I'm pretty new to webhosting. After I created my account and logged in I'm pretty sure that fantastico was in the Software/Services link. Now its missing!!! My hosting server is Starka. Went through the FAQ and Wiki and confirmed that fantastico is available for free users also. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Fantastico was phased out. Please use either Softaculous or manually install what scripts you wanted to use.
