Server Error when accessing from custom domain

Hi,

First of all, thanks for this awesome service.

I just moved a website I had to your server and pointed my domain (orchestreequitable.com) to your nameservers. When I access the site using orchestreequitalbe.x10.mx everything works fine but when I use orchestreequitable.com, i receive the following message:

"Server Error. There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily. If the issue persists, create a support ticket."

When I access directly a page ie:orchestreequitable.com/index.shtml, it works. I'm also able to access my ftp, cpanel and emails using this domain, but accessing www.orchestreequitable.com always gives me this error. I also tried a proxy and a VPN from different locations with the same result. I also checked the .htaccess and index.shtml is defined as my index file. Could you help me with that?

Clear the browser cache and flush DNS, I'm actually getting a webpage normally without the index.shtml bit at the end:

"The Philharmonic Orchestra Equitable was founded in 2009."

That's after I translated it though, I can't speak french, but there's definitely a page showing here
