I am now able to access my account from Pakistan after the restrictions have been lifted. I wanted to to ask you what will happen to my cpanel account if the restrictions are implemented again?

The cPanel restrictions shouldn't come back, but if they do their current form is to allow those who have already got an account to continue accessing it like normal. Granted, it's possible Pakistan could get put to the blacklist again, but that should only affect new signups, not existing hosting account holders.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
What that means is... if the filters do come back, it shouldn't have any effect on existing customers (except in extenuating circumstances).
Edit by Livewire: Thanks for clarifying it, betting I've stayed up too late tonight.

The physics is theoretical but the fun is real.
Thanks for the reply (:
