did free and paid can accept vbulletin v. 4.x.x ?

i want to upgrede my vb to vb 4.x.x but its give me an error, and after some research in google some gayes say the problem with your web hosting becouse it free.

what you think ?

The problem is when you use an illegal copy of vBulletin, not that we don't support vB.

That problem does affect you as well, as your installation of vBulletin does not have a license # embedded in the header of all the vB files, which is a dead giveaway that it's illegal. When downloaded from vB themselves, a license # is automatically inserted into the header. Always.

Hilariously (to me anyways), neither your vB 3 or vB 4 install has a license #. As such, I have applied a semi-permanent suspension to your account. If you actually paid for vBulletin, reply back and we'll have them check if there's a license for the domain in question. If you didn't, then it's permanent.

yes, OK just i want to test this in your server after that i will remove it or i will purchase the license, but now i will remove it from your server(if i able), or please delete it for me and after i purchase the license i will use it again.
