May I ask why? The account is only a couple days old.
It might be a better idea to solve any problems you have with the account.

I created a website MadTechLab.com & was allotted Lotus server. when i open the website i get error :Originally Posted by Anna

I previously thought that it is because of the current index.html file, so i replaced that file, but its still not working.
i also created a support request, but no one replied. (link to that is not gettin posted here.)

If you ended up on Lotus, that means you likely are located in a high risk country, which means you'd just end up on Lotus again.
Do you have an .htaccess file, they can cause a server error as well, especially if you try to set a php_flag, or enable RewriteEngin without specifying a RewriteBase.

OK, though i am frm india. then can u solve my issue posted above? and i have uploaded nothing, but a .html file just to test whether my domain is working or not.
& i even checked my .htaccess file, its empty. please visit my site and check : madtechlab.com

yeah the pagee is this only, but the index.html file that i placed in public_html folder shows only : It works! . i replaced the index.html file with mine.
(i am not a newbie to hosting & stuff).
