May I ask why? The account is only a couple days old.
It might be a better idea to solve any problems you have with the account.

I created a website MadTechLab.com & was allotted Lotus server. when i open the website i get error :
& when i got to open support request on x10hosting main page i get the error :Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.
If the issue persists, create a support ticket.
Please help me or allot me a different server (eg boru) .Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (lotus). Please visit our forums and read the news.
I previously thought that it is because of the current index.html file, so i replaced that file, but its still not working.
i also created a support request, but no one replied. (link to that is not gettin posted here.)

If you ended up on Lotus, that means you likely are located in a high risk country, which means you'd just end up on Lotus again.
Do you have an .htaccess file, they can cause a server error as well, especially if you try to set a php_flag, or enable RewriteEngin without specifying a RewriteBase.

Nothing is always absolutely so.
