remote db connection

if i want to connect to my db from a remote server, what host do i need to use? i tried projectscenter.pcriot.com but it didn't seem to work as I get this error:

[root@server ~]# mysql -h projectscenter.pcriot.com -u 'pc2011_klann' -p -D 'pc2011_klann'

Remote mysql is not currently enabled for free hosting.
