Custom URL and No special ftp accounts

Hello,
I have got two questions:

1: I changed my main domain from bartruigrok.x10.mx to bartruigrok.com I updated the name server address about 4 days ago. But now the .com url is pointing to a 'default web page' for quite a while and I am not able to view the website using the old domain. Do I just have to wait or do I need to change some settings?
2: Before uploading my website files, I accidentally removed all folders (public_html, www, public_ftp). I did recreate the public_html folder but I do not know how to create the www or the public_ftp. I also noticed all the special ftp-accounts are gone. I there an easy solution to this problem?

I am still having trouble with the domain. My new url still brings me to the 'defaultwebpage' (even after clearing cache and using another computer).

I really hope someone can help me

www was just a mirror of the public_html folder, and is not in reality needed to make the account function.

As for public_ftp, you can just re-create that one as you did with public_html, it is however not crucial either.

As for the special ftp accounts, I'll have to check with a higher admin, never encountered a case where they got lost until now.
