Can't access cPnael or my site

Since I created my account I can't access cPanel or even my site. My server is Lotus.

When you login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on hosting details and then click on the "Login to cPanel" button. Let me know if that works or not. As for your site, the default index.html that is included in new accounts is what's showing up. As soon as you have access to your hosting account, delete that index.html file and try using your own index file after that.

I tried what you said but I still can't access the cPanel. And I know my site should have the default index , which I'm going to change , but to me it doesn't load even that. I tried different browsers , I disabled firewall too. I tried to ping my site from command prompt and it said "Request timed out" , so I'm guessing the problem is at my end , but yesterday my site loaded just fine.

Could you post the results of your ping here? Also ping lotus.x10hosting.com and post the results here.
