Problem with ftp address and name servers

I need to configure my domain www.amityassignments.com so pls tell me what are name servers I need to use with my domain host.
Also I am not using your domain then how to load the file at x10 hosting using ftp client.Pls tell me the Ftp address,user name and password needs to be use here.

Nameservers are:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The ftp server address is your main domain url. The username and password is your cPanel username and cPanel password.
