Problem Access to ftp

Hi friend any can help me with my problem, the thing is next: when i try to loggin in my acount in the filezilla software not conect becose a messege appear and say

Response: 331 User My_Acount@myacount.com OK. Password required
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

before the pass it was right and i can access to my acount with any problems.
if any have a solution please can help me becose i dont know that happend....

The username and password should be your CPanel info, you might have to check your ports to make sure you have the right one, but it should be automatic.
