disk full error

hello,
just wanted to inform the suport team that im getting an disk full error on the starka server.

update. im trying to connect to the server but now im getting a 421 75 users (the maximum) are already logged in sorry could not connect to server so i dont know if the disk full error is fixed becuase i cant get to my site on the server. Been waiting for a response for almost a day now. Any feed back would be much appriceated. Thank you.
