Contact telephone number required

Hi,
Please can you send me a contact number as I wish to talk with someone from your company, as to why you keep suspending my forum when it is logged into at least twice a week and active by members. Again I want to know if this is just a marketing ploy to upgrade. I do intend upgrading but not until I have talked with someone to confirm the benefit of doing so.
