I need a password reset for my cPanel account, but when I tried to open a support ticket it told me that support was no longer available on my server. I am a paid user. What do I do?

You can reset your password in your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. This will reset/change your password to the same one for your forum account, account panel, and cPanel.
