Access Logs not being recorded.

Hi, I am unable to view my access logs for my website. I was hoping to find out either what I'm doing wrong or what the issue is, thank you very much!

There are no individual access logs for the Free Hosting Accounts. With the number of accounts on each server, it would bog down the system and fill the drives.
