    Remote SQL Conenctions to my database

    I am unable to connect to a MySQL Database I have created on my web hosting account from the program HeidiSQL, I have added my PC's external IP Address to the "Remote Database Access Hosts" page in the cPanel but it still wont work.

    Remote MySQL is not available in free hosting.
