I have a FTP 552 error when using FTP to transfer files .... (either Filezilla or Cute FTP)

My site is on CHOPIN server and I have 822.23 MB total disk space used for 1,024.00 MB quota limit as normal free hosting account here...

Last week I had no problem... so, is it possible to have a check on the rules or tuning of CHOPIN 's servers...
