editing error pages

When I edit the error pages and click save it works but when I check it out It is still the same. Username: Drago

Open .htaccess in public_html

Make sure you have line like:

ErrorDocument 404 /404.html

where your 404 error document is public_html/404.html (change name to fit your file name and location)

Note the leading /

When you open the File Manager from cPanel, select the option to show hidden (dot) files.
