Not at this time, because the site is not in accordance with the language rule of the ToS

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

I'll be nice and give you a chance to rectify before suspending, I'll check back sometime in the next couple days to see if it has been sorted.
