    How do i know my db server name

    ok y need the way to conect my php scrip whit my data base cause my scrip is asking me for the string conection or wathever is calling someone told me localhost but it does not work !

    "localhost" is the right server name (and the only one you can use here).

    What are you using right now? (Post what you have -- everything except your password.)

    Does the database exist yet? (You'll need to create one using the cPanel MySQL tool if it doesn't.)
