prime and hosting

I bought Prime before i confirmed the hosting, now i have fourms, free hosting, and prime. whenever i click the button to confirm the hosting i get a error.

What exactly needs to be fixed? Could you be more specific with what's wrong?

i cannot access my hosting account, well i get that error i listed above.

I think the best solution would be to remove my hosting account, recreate it, than remake it prime...basically a redo.
