Inactivity Suspension

Hello,

My account was suspended due to inactivity, and I am not able to unsuspend it by visiting the forum. Moreover, when I try to create a hoisting account with the same name, it says the account exists.

Could you please unsuspend my account or let me create a new one with the same name?

What's the cpanel username? It's not linked to your current forum account, which may explain why it's thinking it's inactive.

My hoisting account (freemail.x10.mx) is still not working. What should I do?

The freemail account is working, however that account is linked to a completely different forum username, and does not have the cpanel username tracer. Tracer does not come up as a currently existing account.

I guess someone else created an account with freemail as domain name after my account got terminated.
